Who we work with in the UK
We work with architecture practices, housebuilders, property developers, interior designers and hospitality groups who need images of a scheme before it is built. Typical briefs include a planning-stage exterior for a client or committee, a marketing set for a residential scheme, an interior for a show apartment, and an aerial view of a masterplan.
The engagement is remote. You send drawings and a brief, we send drafts, and everything is handled by email, shared files and short calls.
How a remote engagement works
Our working hours overlap with UK mornings, so questions on a draft can usually be settled inside your working day. At the start we agree a call window, a single point of contact and where markups will live.
- Brief: you send drawings, the list of views, materials and any reference images.
- Quote: we confirm scope, price in US dollars and a schedule before work begins.
- Draft: you receive a draft view and mark it up on the image or on a short call.
- Revisions: two rounds are included as standard.
- Finals: delivered as JPEG or TIFF, with PNG and layered files on request.
Files, units and planning material
- Drawings and models: DWG, RVT, SKP and Rhino files are all workable, as are PDF plans and elevations. With 2D drawings only, we can build the 3D model in-house, which we confirm at the quote stage.
- Units: UK drawings are normally in millimetres and metres, and we work in metric as drawn. Tell us if a set mixes metric and imperial.
- Planning submissions: requirements for visual material differ between local planning authorities. Tell us what your authority or planning consultant asks for. If a submission needs views produced to a specific methodology, say so at the outset so we can confirm what we can support before you commit.
- Spelling and annotation: we can follow UK conventions on any text that appears in an image.
What is included
Renders from $199 per image, 3D floor plans from $149, photomontage from $399, animation from $1,500 and VR from $3,000. A $99 test image lets you judge the work on your own scheme first. All prices are in US dollars, and the quote for your project depends on the number of views, scene complexity and source files. No fixed delivery dates are promised in advance: you receive a schedule with the quote.
