Questions architects ask before they start
What file formats can I send?
SKP, RVT, 3DM and FBX models work, as do DWG files and PDF plans and elevations. Add one paragraph of project context and any reference images, and we confirm the camera angle and lighting by email before we render.
Who owns the final images and source files?
You do. The pre-contract agreement assigns full copyright and the source files (3ds Max, Corona or V-Ray scenes, textures and post layers) to you on payment.
What happens after I send my drawings?
You get a written quote before work starts. A standard still is priced from $199 per image, the first draft usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days and finals in about 11 business days, and two revision rounds are included.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA applies from the moment we receive your files, and the same pre-contract agreement covers the IP assignment. Your drawings are used only for your project.
