Who we work with in Europe
We work with architecture studios, developers, interior designers and hospitality groups who need images of a design before it is built. Typical briefs include competition and client presentation images, a marketing set for a residential or mixed-use scheme, interiors for a hotel or showroom, and aerial views of a site or masterplan.
The engagement is remote and in English. You send drawings and a brief, we send drafts, and everything is handled by email, shared files and short calls.
How a remote engagement works across time zones
Our working hours overlap with UK and European mornings. At the start we agree a call window, a single point of contact and where markups will live, so feedback does not wait on a time difference.
- Brief: you send drawings, the list of views, materials and any reference images.
- Quote: we confirm scope, price in US dollars and a schedule before work begins.
- Draft: you receive a draft view and mark it up on the image or on a short call.
- Revisions: two rounds are included as standard.
- Finals: delivered as JPEG or TIFF, with PNG and layered files on request.
Files, units and local conventions
- Drawings and models: DWG, RVT, SKP and Rhino files are all workable, as are PDF plans and elevations. Exports from other design tools can be used where the geometry is clean, which we confirm at the quote stage. With 2D drawings only, we can build the 3D model in-house.
- Units: European drawings are normally metric, and we work in the units as drawn. Tell us if a set mixes metric and imperial.
- Language: we communicate in English. Text that appears inside an image, such as signage or labels, should be supplied by you in the language you need.
- Context: tell us about local materials, roof forms, planting and street furniture that matter to the scheme, and send site photos. Local character is much of what makes an exterior believable.
What is included
Renders from $199 per image, 3D floor plans from $149, photomontage from $399, animation from $1,500 and VR from $3,000. A $99 test image lets you judge the work on your own project first. All prices are in US dollars, and the quote for your project depends on the number of views, scene complexity and source files. No fixed delivery dates are promised in advance: you receive a schedule with the quote.
