Questions brands ask first.
Which files do I get?
For each SKU: three 4K white-background images, one lifestyle room-scene image, and a GLB and USDZ 3D file.
Does Amazon accept it?
We build the 3D file to Amazon's current specification, and you upload it as the brand owner through your Seller or Vendor account. Amazon's own review typically takes about two weeks, and acceptance is Amazon's decision, not ours.
What do you need from me?
Photos of the product from several angles, key dimensions, and swatches or reference codes for each fabric or finish. Technical drawings help but are not required.
Do you use AI?
Only for scene dressing around the product. The product itself is never AI-generated: it is modelled geometry, so every angle, finish and room shows the same item.
What if the model is wrong?
You approve the geometry before any render is made. If a proportion, seam or detail is off, we fix it at that stage, at no extra cost.
Is the pilot credited?
Yes. The $750 two-SKU pilot is credited in full against a first order of 10 or more SKUs.
