Institutional Exterior
3D renderings of schools, churches, civic buildings, and institutional architecture. Visualization for public and educational projects.
Schools, churches, community centres and civic buildings are presented to boards, congregations and the public before a single brick is laid. The render has to be legible to people who do not read drawings and credible to the committee that approves the budget.
We work from the architect's set, model the real site and neighbours, and produce the views a review board asks for: the entrance approach, the street elevation, the site aerial and, where relevant, the main interior space.
Institutional Exterior projects
Institutional Exterior: frequently asked questions
Are your renders suitable for public consultation and fundraising?
Yes. Institutional clients use the same images for design review, public meetings and capital campaigns; we keep them accurate rather than idealised so they serve all three.
Can you show the building at different stages of the design?
Yes. Updated views are issued as the design develops, and because the model is retained, later revisions cost a fraction of the first image.
What is the turnaround for an institutional exterior set?
A first view in 5 to 7 working days; a full review package of three to four views in two to three weeks.
Need this type of visualization?
We specialize in institutional exterior 3D rendering. Let's discuss your project.
