Commercial Interiors
3D interior renderings of offices, lobbies, and commercial spaces. Professional architectural visualization for commercial projects.
Offices, lobbies, learning spaces and workplace fit-outs are rendered to secure a tenant's sign-off, a landlord's approval or a board's budget. These images have to show the plan working — reception, open workspace, meeting rooms, breakout — and the brand and material palette that make it this client's space.
We build from the designer's plans, ceiling and lighting layouts and finish schedule, model the specified furniture systems, and light each view for the daylight-plus-artificial mix that commercial interiors actually run on. Typical sets cover the arrival sequence and two or three key work settings.

Commercial Interiors: frequently asked questions
Can you render a workplace before the furniture is specified?
Yes. We propose furniture systems in the right category and price band so the plan reads correctly, then swap in the specified product once it is chosen.
Do you show branding and graphics in the render?
Where the client supplies artwork we apply it to walls, glazing manifestations and signage so the space reads as theirs. Placeholder graphics can be used until branding is final.
How long does a commercial interior set take?
A single view is typically 5 to 7 working days; a four-view fit-out set runs two to three weeks depending on drawing completeness.
