In 2026, 3D Praxis Studio was approached by a prominent architecture firm in Duisburg, Germany, to create a series of exterior visualizations for the luxury residential project located on Schleusenstraße. The client sought to capture the essence of modern living while seamlessly integrating the design with the surrounding environment. The project involved a multi-story residence that featured a blend of contemporary architecture and natural elements, making it essential to highlight both the structure and its context.

Technical Approach
To achieve the desired realism in the exterior renders, the team utilized 3ds Max and V-Ray for rendering. The use of ForestPack allowed for the creation of lush greenery around the residence, adding depth and context to the visuals. The camera angles were carefully chosen to emphasize the architectural lines and the interplay between light and shadow.
