- Booking and scheduling requests: Name, email address, and scheduling preferences submitted through our embedded Calendly scheduling tool.
- Project inquiries and files: Project descriptions, architectural drawings, 3D models, reference images, specifications, and any other materials you share with us during the quoting or project delivery process.
- Contractual information: Billing details, company registration information, and payment information required to process invoices and payments.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. These are collected for security monitoring, performance analysis, and abuse prevention.
- Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted), a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across sites. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

Information from third-party services

- Our website is served through Cloudflare with SSL encryption.
- Contact form submissions are processed by our self-hosted n8n instance and stored in Airtable, with access restricted to authorised team members.
- Project files shared during engagements are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to assigned project team members.
- We implement rate limiting and abuse-prevention measures on all form endpoints.

Our studio operates from India and serves clients globally. Personal data may be processed in India (our primary location) and may transit through Cloudflare’s global network. Airtable stores data in the United States. For clients in jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions (e.g., EU/EEA), these transfers are supported by the service providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses and data processing agreements.
Your rights
