The Problem We Solve
Why This Matters
2D Plans Fail Stakeholders
Clients, investors, and committee members who are not architects cannot read plans and sections. They approve drawings they do not fully understand, leading to surprises and change orders later.
Remote Presentations Lack Impact
Screen-sharing a PDF of renders does not create the emotional engagement needed to close a sale or secure buy-in. Remote stakeholders need an immersive experience.
Design Review Bottlenecks
When clients cannot experience spatial quality from drawings alone, design review cycles multiply. Each round of feedback is based on incomplete understanding.
Sales Suite Limitations
Physical showrooms are expensive and inflexible. VR offers an immersive sales experience that can be updated as the design evolves and transported to any location.
How We Work
Our Approach
Walkthrough
Real-Time Walkthrough
We build your design as a real-time 3D environment that users can navigate freely — walking through rooms, looking around corners, and experiencing the space at human scale.
- 6DOF (six degrees of freedom) navigation
- Human-scale 1:1 spatial experience
- Real-time lighting and material response
- Teleportation and smooth locomotion
Headsets
Headset Compatibility
We develop for the headset platforms your team and clients use — Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Apple Vision Pro — with standalone packaging that requires no technical setup.
- Meta Quest standalone builds
- SteamVR (HTC Vive, Valve Index)
- Apple Vision Pro (visionOS)
- Presentation-ready packaging
Web Viewer
Web-Based Viewer
For stakeholders without headsets, we provide a browser-based 3D viewer and 360-degree panoramic fallback that works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone.
- No-install browser experience
- 360-degree panoramic views
- Desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Shareable link for remote review
AR
AR Placement
Augmented reality allows clients to place a scale model of your building on a tabletop or view it at full scale on site — using their phone or tablet camera.
- Tabletop scale-model viewing
- Full-scale on-site placement
- iOS and Android support
- No app download required (WebAR)

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own VR hardware?
We can advise on hardware selection and provide rental recommendations for short-term use (e.g., sales events). For permanent installations like sales suites, we can recommend a suitable headset and setup.
Can the VR experience be updated if the design changes?
Yes. Because the VR scene is built from your 3D data, design updates can be incorporated. We quote design-change updates separately based on the scope of changes required.
Is VR suitable for remote presentations?
Yes. We can deliver 360-degree panoramic versions that work in a web browser without a headset, or provide screen-sharing-compatible desktop VR modes for remote meetings.
How long does a VR project take?
A typical single-building VR experience takes 3-5 weeks from model receipt to final delivery. Multi-building or campus-scale projects are quoted individually.
What is the difference between VR and a 360-degree panorama?
A 360-degree panorama is a pre-rendered image that you can look around from a fixed position. A VR walkthrough lets you move freely through the space in real time. We offer both, and they can be combined in a single project.
