In 2026, 3D Praxis Studio was approached by a prominent real estate developer to create architectural visualizations for a luxury tower hotel podium. Located in a bustling urban area, the project aimed to blend modern aesthetics with functional design, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The client sought photorealistic exterior renders that would not only showcase the hotel’s grandeur but also highlight its integration with the surrounding environment.
The project was a collaborative effort involving a dedicated team of 16 professionals, including Ravi, a senior 3D artist with over a decade of experience. Ravi played a crucial role in translating the architect’s vision into compelling visuals. The team worked closely with the client to ensure that every detail, from the façade materials to the landscaping, was accurately represented. Regular feedback sessions allowed for adjustments and refinements, ensuring that the final output met the client’s expectations.
