The Problem We Solve
Why This Matters
Static Images Don't Convey Flow
A still render captures a single moment. It cannot communicate the experience of moving through a building — from street to lobby to living space. Animation fills that gap.
Spatial Relationships Lost
Plans and sections show rooms in isolation. Clients and investors cannot understand how spaces connect, how light changes through the day, or how a building relates to its surroundings.
Marketing Differentiation
In a competitive market, static imagery blends together. A cinematic architectural walkthrough positions your project as premium and gives your marketing campaign a centrepiece asset.
Presentation Impact
Investor presentations and competition submissions that rely on still images alone lose the opportunity to create an emotional connection with the audience.
How We Work
Our Approach
Camera
Camera Choreography
We plan camera paths that tell a story — approaching the building from the street, entering the lobby, rising through the atrium, and arriving at the key spaces. Every movement is intentional.
- Story-driven camera path planning
- Walkthrough and flythrough combinations
- Smooth easing and cinematic motion
- Key-moment framing for still extraction
Lighting
Lighting Sequencing
Animations can transition through time of day — morning to evening — or move between naturally and artificially lit spaces, creating atmosphere and variety within a single sequence.
- Time-of-day transitions
- Interior-to-exterior lighting shifts
- Artificial lighting mood control
- Golden-hour and blue-hour sequences
Pacing
Narrative Pacing
Speed, rhythm, and pause are planned to match the emotional arc of the project. We slow down for hero moments and maintain momentum through transitions.
- Tempo mapped to spatial hierarchy
- Pause on hero moments
- Smooth acceleration and deceleration
- Music-synced timing where applicable
Output
Output Optimization
Final animations are delivered in formats optimized for your use case — 4K for large-format presentation, compressed for web, and social-media-ready crops for campaigns.
- 4K resolution for events and presentations
- Web-optimized H.264 encoding
- Social media aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1)
- Still frame extraction for print

How It Works
Our Process
Briefing
We review your files, discuss your goals, and agree on scope, deliverables, and timeline.
Production
Our team builds the scene, develops materials and lighting, and presents drafts for your feedback.
Delivery
Final output in your required formats — print-ready, web-optimized, and presentation-grade.
Pricing
Transparent, Scope-Matched Pricing
Every project is different. We provide a fixed quote after understanding your scope — no hourly billing surprises, no hidden fees.
Get a QuoteFixed Quote
You receive a clear, all-inclusive price before work begins. The quote covers modelling, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and sound design.
Scope-Matched
Pricing reflects the duration, complexity, and number of scenes. A 30-second single-building flythrough costs less than a 3-minute multi-scene narrative.
Revisions Included
Two rounds of revisions are built into every quote. Camera path adjustments, pacing changes, and material refinements are covered.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to produce an architectural animation?
Production timelines vary based on scope. A 60-second animation of a single building typically requires 4-6 weeks from briefing to final delivery. Longer or more complex animations are quoted individually.
Can I use still frames from the animation for other marketing?
Yes. We routinely extract high-resolution still frames from animations for use in print, web, and social media. Let us know which moments are most important and we will optimise them as standalone images.
Do you provide raw footage or only the final edit?
We deliver the final edited and colour-graded animation. Raw scene files and unedited footage are not included as standard but can be arranged by prior agreement.
What is the difference between a walkthrough and a flythrough?
A walkthrough follows a human-height camera path, simulating the experience of physically moving through a space. A flythrough uses elevated or aerial camera paths to show context, scale, and site relationships from above. Many animations combine both.
Is voiceover or narration included?
Voiceover integration is available as an add-on. We can work with your supplied voiceover recording or recommend professional voiceover artists.
