Project Overview
In early 2026, 3D Praxis Studio was approached by a prominent architect based in the UK to create a series of visualizations for a luxury residential suite. The project focused on a VIP suite within a high-end living space, emphasizing a bold accent wall that served as the focal point of the room. The client envisioned a modern yet inviting atmosphere that would appeal to affluent buyers seeking a unique living experience.
The team, led by senior visualizer Ravi, collaborated closely with the architect to understand the design intent and the target audience. The project required a balance of creativity and technical precision to ensure that the final renders accurately represented the architect’s vision while also showcasing the potential of the space. Over the course of several weeks, the team produced multiple iterations, refining details based on client feedback and preferences.
The suite featured an open layout, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The bold accent wall, painted in a deep navy blue, contrasted beautifully with the lighter tones of the furnishings and decor. Technical Approach
To achieve the desired look, the team utilized 3ds Max and V-Ray for rendering, focusing on realistic lighting and material properties. The team also employed ForestPack for the greenery outside the windows, enhancing the realism of the environment.
