Project Overview
For the luxury home designer behind Nadia Cornelissen Residence, visualization wasn’t a nice-to-have — it was the centrepiece of their go-to-market strategy. We produced 3 perspective views to match that ambition.

The Challenge
One of the trickier aspects was environmental context. A building doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and placing this luxury home design convincingly into its Miami, FL surroundings required careful attention to vegetation, street furniture, lighting conditions, and neighbouring structures.
The design was still evolving when we started. We had to build a model flexible enough to absorb changes mid-stream without derailing the production schedule.
Our Approach
Material selection was hands-on. We sourced textures from manufacturer libraries and matched them against the specification documents. Where specs were ambiguous, we sent samples to the luxury home designer for sign-off before rendering.
Camera positions were planned, not improvised. We mapped out eye-level angles based on the project’s strongest design moments, then refined framing through a series of grey-shaded test renders before committing to final production.
Feedback cycles were structured. We presented renders in context — placed into the marketing layout or presentation deck — so the luxury home designer could evaluate them as their audience would see them, not as isolated files on a white background.
The Result
We delivered the complete package of 3 renders within the agreed 2-3 weeks window. The luxury home designer confirmed the images are now central to their sales and approval materials.
