Project Overview
In 2026, 3D Praxis Studio was commissioned to create an exterior visualization for a luxury residential estate designed in the Colonial Revival style. The project originated from a collaboration with a prominent architect based in the UK, who sought to convey the grandeur and elegance of the estate to potential buyers. The estate, nestled in a picturesque landscape, required a detailed representation that would highlight its architectural features and the surrounding environment.
The team, led by senior visualizer Ravi, worked closely with the architect to ensure that every detail was captured accurately. The Colonial Revival style, characterized by its symmetrical façade, decorative columns, and expansive porches, posed both a challenge and an opportunity for the studio. The goal was to create an inviting atmosphere that would resonate with prospective homeowners looking for a blend of traditional aesthetics and modern luxury.

Technical Approach
