Project Overview
This luxury home project in Sarasota, FL arrived with ambition. Brick Detached 112 needed 2 photorealistic perspective views covering everything from hero marketing shots to detailed design-review angles.

The Challenge
The biggest hurdle was fidelity at scale. With 2 compositions to produce, we couldn’t afford to let quality drift between the first render and the last. Every image needed to feel like it came from the same visual universe.
The design was still evolving when we started. We had to build a model flexible enough to absorb changes mid-stream without derailing the production schedule.
Our Approach
Lighting development ran parallel to the modelling. We tested multiple Daylight setups early — before the geometry was even finished — so we could lock in the mood and atmosphere without burning production time later.
Camera positions were planned, not improvised. We mapped out rear-elevation, front-elevation angles based on the project’s strongest design moments, then refined framing through a series of grey-shaded test renders before committing to final production.
Feedback cycles were structured. We presented renders in context — placed into the marketing layout or presentation deck — so the private homeowner could evaluate them as their audience would see them, not as isolated files on a white background.
The Result
Production closed within 1-2 weeks. The hero image is now the signature visual for Brick Detached 112, and the supporting gallery views have been deployed across the private homeowner’s marketing channels.
