Barclay Court Exterior

Contemporary Semi Detached Visualization

Barclay Court development, white render with red brick ground floor, red tile roof, modern extension tower element, hedged frontage with parking

Project Overview

When we took on Barclay Court Exterior, the luxury home designer in Amsterdam, Netherlands had a specific problem: their design was strong, but nobody outside the studio could see it yet. They needed 3 renders that would change that.

Barclay Court development, white render with red brick ground floor, red tile roof, modern extension tower element, hedged frontage with parking.

The Challenge

The timeline was compressed. The luxury home designer had a launch date that wasn’t moving, which meant our production schedule had zero slack for extended revision cycles.

The design was still evolving when we started. We had to build a model flexible enough to absorb changes mid-stream without derailing the production schedule.

Our Approach

We started where we always start: with the drawings. Every wall thickness, every material notation, every site boundary got translated into the 3D model before we touched a single texture or light.

Landscape and entourage came last but mattered enormously. Trees, people, vehicles, sky — these contextual elements are what make a render feel like a photograph instead of a diagram.

We shared work-in-progress renders with the luxury home designer at two key milestones: after initial composition lock and after material refinement. Both rounds stayed tight — targeted feedback, fast turnarounds.

The Result

We wrapped production within 2-3 weeks, delivering 3 final renders optimised for both digital and print. The hero shot leads the project’s marketing, and the gallery views round out the full story.
