For the Institutional Exterior project, our client approached us with a vision to create a striking architectural visualization that would effectively communicate their design intent for a new liquor store. The goal was to showcase the building’s modern aesthetic while ensuring it aligned with local zoning regulations and appealed to potential investors. They needed an eye-catching render that could serve as a vital tool for planning approval and marketing efforts.
Our approach to this project was centered around capturing the essence of the design while emphasizing its unique features. We meticulously studied the architectural plans and collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision. By incorporating dynamic angles and perspectives, we created a rendering that not only highlighted the building’s exterior but also its integration into the surrounding environment. This attention to detail set our work apart, allowing us to create a visualization that felt both realistic and aspirational.
In terms of technical execution, we utilized industry-leading software such as Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray to achieve photorealistic results. We paid special attention to the lighting, using a combination of natural sunlight and artificial lighting to create depth and warmth in the scene. The materials were carefully selected and rendered to reflect the textures and finishes specified in the architectural plans, ensuring authenticity in every detail.
The final render exceeded our client’s expectations and played a crucial role in their project’s success. It not only facilitated a smooth planning approval process but also became a key asset in their marketing strategy and investor presentations. By visually articulating their vision, we helped them secure the necessary support and funding to bring their project to life.
