You don’t need a retainer
to get one great render.
Somewhere along the way, "working with a render studio" started sounding like a retainer, a minimum, and a contract. It isn’t. Send us the scheme on your desk and we’ll make one finished, photoreal image for your next deadline — free, with nothing to sign and nothing else required.
Everything you think you have to commit to — you don’t.
Most firms hold off on a render studio because they think starting means paperwork: a retainer, a minimum, a signature. That is a wall other people built, not a real one. Here is the honest ledger — the thing you assume on the left, the truth on the right.
- You assume
Sign a retainer first
The truthNo retainer. Not for the free render, not to keep working after it.
- You assume
Hit a project minimum
The truthNo minimum. One image is a complete, legitimate order — not a favour you have to earn with volume.
- You assume
Lock into a contract or MSA
The truthNothing to sign. No terms sheet, no auto-renew, no cancellation clause. There is nothing to cancel.
- You assume
Book a discovery / onboarding call
The truthNo call required. One email with your model and the view is the entire intake.
- You assume
Be an established, high-volume studio
The truthFirm size is irrelevant. A first project on your desk counts exactly the same as a forty-strong practice.
- You assume
Hand over a card before you see anything
The truthNo card, no invoice, no deposit. You see the finished render before money is ever mentioned.
Strip all of that away and one thing is left: a render. That’s the offer.
The deal, in plain terms
We’ll take one scheme off your desk and turn a single view into a finished, photoreal render — the same quality we put into paid production — and hand it back for your next deadline. The whole relationship is that one image. No retainer holding you, no minimum to reach, no contract to escape. If it earns a spot in your presentation, you come back for the next one — project by project, still on your terms. If it doesn’t, the render is yours anyway.
One house. One view. One render. No account required.
You don’t need a landmark or a fifty-unit development to be worth our time. These are real Praxis renders of exactly the scale this offer is built for — a single home, done properly. Yours could be the next one.
Timber ranch
Modern ranch
Compact cottage Not a contract. Three things, in one email.
There is no form to fill, no call to book, no account to create before you see a pixel. To claim your free render you send us three things in a single reply — and we take it from there.
-
One scheme
Whatever is live on your desk — a model (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD) or a clean CAD / PDF set. A house, an addition, a small block. Any size.
-
One view
Mark the single angle you would actually put in front of your client. One camera, done to full production standard.
-
One email
Send it. That is the whole ask — no form, no call, no account. We confirm the angle and get to work.
That is genuinely it. Reply, and we start rendering.
Because the work should have to earn the next job.
A retainer locks you in before you know if the work is any good. We’d rather earn each project on its own merit — starting with one render, at full quality, on your own scheme, with nothing riding on it. No trial wall, no upsell, no "first render" asterisk. If we’re good, you’ll be back. That’s a better deal for a firm that’s still deciding who to trust.
Do I really not sign anything?
Correct. No retainer, no MSA, no terms sheet, no minimum-spend commitment. You send a model and a view; we send back a render. The whole relationship is that one image — you decide, after you see it, whether there is a next one.
Is there a project minimum?
No. A single render is a complete order here. You are not required to buy a pack, a bundle, or a set to qualify — one image is a real, finished piece of work and we treat it that way.
We are a brand-new firm — do we qualify?
Especially you. This offer exists for exactly the practice that assumed a studio would not take a small, one-off job. Firm size, age and portfolio are irrelevant. A scheme on your desk is the only requirement.
What is the catch, honestly?
There isn’t a hidden one. One production-quality render, free, per practice. If it earns a place in your next presentation we hope you will bring us the next project — on normal paid terms, still with no retainer. If it doesn’t, you keep the image and it has cost you a model file.
Do I have to keep working with you after?
No — that is the point of no retainer. There is no ongoing commitment to walk away from. You come back for the next render only if you want to, project by project.
Can I use the render commercially?
Yes. Client boards, planning submissions, listings, your site, social — full resolution, no watermark, no attribution required. The image is yours.
