Tell us if it’s better
If it’s been a while since your last render with us, the honest way to show what changed isn’t a claim — it’s two real frames and a verdict from you.
We won’t pretend these are the same building. They aren’t — we don’t keep a record of what your last render with us looked like, and inventing one to flatter a "before" would be worse than saying nothing. What we can show you honestly is two real Praxis exteriors, both hospitality rooftops, built a year apart: one from 2025, one from 2026. Same brief — a terrace after dark. Two different answers for how to treat it.
One brief, one year apart
Not a slider — these are two different schemes, side by side, on purpose. Judge the approach, not a trick transition.
The 2025 terrace is lit to be seen from — a clear day, a wide skyline, the room stays out of the way. The 2026 lounge is lit to be sat in — string lighting overhead, patio heaters holding the warmth, the skyline recedes into a backdrop instead of the subject. Neither is wrong. They’re answering different questions. The one we’re asking you is simpler: for the kind of project you build, which answer is closer to right?
Not which render is fancier. Which one you’d hand a client.
